Return Policy

RETURN, EXCHANGE OR WARRANTY CLAIM SHIPMENT
Return / Refund : You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are however open for any kind of  negotiation .

Exchange and return policy : Despite all the sizing details/description that we have provided in our website and unfortunately the sizes/features you picked still do not fit and you need to exchange with other; you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us. Out of our goodwill, we will cover the shipping cost returning the replacement item to you.

Warranty Claim : Upon inspection and the returned item is found to be defective and covered by our 3 MONTHS PRODUCT WARRANTY, we will cover the shipping costs replacing the new item to you. For KRIEGA product line, the terms of 10 years warranty applies to most product and limited to manufacturing and material defect only. Defect caused by excessive wear and tear, excessive heat and force (which leads to material or parts failure) will not be accepted 

INSURANCE
If you’re shipping an item over RM300 / USD60.00, consider purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it arrives. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your item.
